Zhenru Temple (Shanghai) Zhenru Temple is a Buddhist temple located in Zhenru Town Street, Putuo District, Shanghai. It was built in the Southern Song Dynasty and is now one of the four major Buddhist temples in Shanghai. Its Yuan Dynasty Hall was listed as the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. One of the four major Buddhist temples in Shanghai.
