Putong Pagoda（嘉定 普同塔） Putong Pagoda is located in the lotus pond of Guyi Garden, Nanxiang Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. The pagoda was built by Gan Zijing and his wife Wang in the fifteenth year of Jiading in the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1227). Before 1935, it was advocated by Nanxiang scholar Yao Minghui.
