Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda is named “Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda” because the word “Zhaoguan” is engraved on the tower. Because it stands just above the middle of the street and is shaped like a bottle, it is also called a bottle tower or a street-crossing stone tower. It was built in the fourth year of the Yuan Dynasty (1311) and is located in the south of Changjiang Road, Runzhou District, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. The tower is 4.69 meters high. The tower is divided into five parts: the tower base, the tower body, the tower neck, the thirteenth day, and the tower top, all of which are carved in sections of bluestone. Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda is a Lama Pagoda-style crossing tower in the south of the Yangtze River. The Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda uses the landscape and terrain to exaggerate Buddhist teachings, which has outstanding characteristics. The Zhaoguan stone pagoda has a very rhythmic body and is very finely carved. It is a typical Yuan Dynasty lama pagoda type.
