Dashan Pagoda(大善塔) is located on the northwest side of the intersection of Guangming Road and Jiefang North Road, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. It was originally built in Dashan Temple in the third year of Liang Tianjian (504), hence the name. The temple and the pagoda were burned down in the third year of Qingyuan (1197) of the Southern Song Dynasty, rebuilt in the first year of Shaoding (1228) (the pagoda bricks were engraved with the words “rebuilt by Wuzi Shaoding”), the first year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1403), and the eighth year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1669) ) and was rebuilt in 1957.
